    MSA’s are negotiated and executed between End User and Vendor (Service Provider). That is still the case, because Atta Gurl Consulting is “Hired by the Vendor” to “Act on Behalf” of the Vendor as their “Sales Represetative/Account Manager”. Atta Gurl Consulting will initiate and facilitate the MSA process, but will NOT be the ones negotiating the terms and conditions of the agreement, that will be between the End User and the Vendor.
